These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via sari-safran.com and all services provided by Sari Safran / Avocado Productions GmbH. By completing a purchase or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one published on this page at the time of purchase.
All products offered on sari-safran.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. The actual appearance of products may vary slightly due to the natural nature of hand-harvested saffron and artisanal production.
As our saffron is a natural food product, slight variations in color, aroma, and thread size between harvests are normal and do not constitute a defect.
By placing an order on our website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. In such cases, any payment already made will be refunded in full.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable Swiss VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout and are not included in the product price.
We accept the following payment methods: credit card, debit card, and other payment options shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time of ordering.
Prices may change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed in your order confirmation email.
We ship worldwide from Luzern, Switzerland. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

As saffron is a perishable food product, opened or partially used items cannot be returned unless faulty. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

For consumers in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply where they provide greater protection than Swiss law.
