Two products, one complete saffron experience
This gift box combines Armenian saffron threads from our own fields with Saffron Salt made from Fleur des Alpes salt from Bex, Switzerland. We grow the saffron ourselves and sell directly, without intermediaries.
Our saffron is grown without chemical-synthetic pesticides or synthetic mineral fertilisers. Because the certification of our fields is still in progress, we deliberately do not market the saffron as organic.

The saffron threads are suited to cooking and infusions; the saffron salt is designed for finishing dishes directly at the table.
Laboratory-tested saffron
Our main saffron from batch 3-23 achieved ISO 3632 Category 1 with a tested colouring strength of 290.5. The Category 1 threshold stated in the laboratory report was 200.
