Sari Safran does everything in its power to deliver quality products to its customers. Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers, and our goal is to provide excellent service.
If the customer is not satisfied with the delivered products, she/he can contact us either by phone + 41 41 535 1650 or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to make use of our “money-back guarantee,” any complaint must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods, i.e. on the day of delivery. Hidden defects must be reported to customer service immediately after discovery. The amount paid for the defective goods is credited to the customer account. The credit is valid for one year. Sari Safran reserves the right to demand proof of defect before the amount is credited.
Our “money back guarantee” applies to the following defects: Not meeting the promised minimum shelf life, damage caused by transport, incomplete deliveries, production or packaging defects.
Sari Safran is careful to provide correct product information (e.g. nutritional value, size, weight, etc.).
Consumers are advised in any case to consult the specific information on nutritional restrictions (e.g. in the case of diabetes) on the product packaging before consumption.
Sari Safran has no minimum purchase value the delivery costs are not included in the price.
VAT is included in all prices.
Delivery costs vary depending on the purchase value depending on the size of the package.
Sari Safran reserves the right to restrict the delivery volumes for certain products.
If an ordered product is not available at the time of delivery, it will not be charged or sent later.
Confirmation of the order
All orders are confirmed by Sari Safran. The credit card is charged only after the order has been processed.
The contractual relationship is created by the order of the customer and the electronic acceptance of this order by Sari Safran.
Customers can choose between paying by credit card or PayPal.
Delivery & Depot
Deliveries will be sent worldwide if possible.
Upon confirmation of the order by Sari Safran, the products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order.
Orders will be delivered within 7 working days.
The customer assumes responsibility for the delivered products, even if they were deposited at the door of their apartment or company in their absence.
